Suits the bike perfectly! Quality bags, nothing less.
Loved the product very satisfied with it. Only problem is with the support. I got my order very late. It was brought to me notice that the product i bought was not available and it will be delivered once it is in stock, (i mean come on if it is not available don’t let people buy it and wait for the ages). This was a very bad experience. If this wouldn’t have happened definitely it was a 5 star.
The items were received within a reasonable time. However the attachment system was not as pictured so it took a while to get a resolution. After talking with Trip Machine they were able to arrive at a solution that was agreeable to me.
exquisite quality! I am most happy with my new purchase of a full luggage-kit kindly made and traded by the great firm. The products are unlike anything on the market in the sense that the sheer quality is above and beyond. I also find the luggage functional and useful. My only minor gripe is that the traditional straps for opening and closing do take a minute to operate. At the times where I just want to add a small item to my luggage, it takes some effort to get it in. With that said, the added access-time is a benefit of security. Overall, excellent product. Keep up the good work.
