I love the red leather, I have a 3-bag set now, small tool pouch, back pack and outlaw duffel. This is a great product although I am not a fan of the zipper on the Outlaw. A one way zipper would be fine, the two way complicates things. Mine would not engage and when I finally got it to work the stitching on the zipper let go. I had to use a hand stitcher to sew it back together. Not a big problem but not a 5 star.
Bag fits well on mu Bear 650. No need for any extra mounting bars or anything. It feels to be of good quality and hopefully will last. I’m able to travel in a minimalist way with this for short trips (one week long). One of the zips is stuck on one end. That’s the only downside.
If you're thinking about getting black leather from tripmachine I would highly recommend to rethink your choice. I don't know about all of the colors, but tobacco brown comes as a soft and nice leather, while the black leather is brittle, and was ugly in some places before it even came out of the box.
Quality is premium but the delivery could be improved..
“As usual, the quality and craftsmanship are top-notch! The duffel looks stunning on my bike and completes my cherry red Trip Machine collection beautifully.” A couple of things I noticed: • The underside hooks felt a little short — though Trip Machine was quick to address this over a few calls (great support 👍). • The straps look stylish but are tricky to adjust; they don’t tighten as smoothly as the “pull-to-tighten” style straps I’ve used elsewhere. Maybe something for a future upgrade (and please send me one when you do 😉). That said, it’s overall a fantastic duffel bag — built with rugged, thick leather that feels premium and durable. It even held up well against some rain and mud splashes from the rear wheel, and after a quick clean and conditioning, it looks as good as new. In short: tough, classy, and a real head-turner on the bike.
Very nice bag, big capacity, easy to mount, and also very good looking. Also looks durable and should last a long time.

Overall I'm very happy with this duffel bag. Its an extremely high quality piece of luggage and has ample space inside for an extended trip. It also looks excellent! However I found that the 2 clips that attach underneath were slightly too short to clip onto my bag (for reference I own a royal enfield interceptor). However i was able to solve this by adding 2 caribeener clips. Additionally I found the mounting straps quite difficult to adjust the tension on. A simple pull to tighten buckle would've made this easier. But overall I am quite pleased with this bag and look forward to taking it on many adventures!
Super stylish, super convenient !
Well made duffle. Simple rugged quality.; not too big and not too small. Looks great on my steed. Looking forward to the roll top back pack and thigh bag to complete my luggage. Now i feel like a cowboy... put some miles on it! Worth the rupees when amortized over a generation and will age with me I'm sure. I cut a nice piece of 1/4" white HDPE and placed it on bottom of inside of the duffle to give it more rigidity and would recommend highly.

The bag looks veri nice and the material are excellent. The only problem i see it's on the fastening straps, once you close them on the bag it's quite hard to tighten them. Purchasing from Italy, like myself, will mean to pay custom duty, specifically i payd 80 €

Very nice bag looks great, I got it for my triumph so it looks the part I like how easy it is to mount and was the reason I went for it, I usually use canvas for my bags but this leather will last and last I can’t wait to stuff it with my camping gear.
Bag arrived in the anticipated time but spent a great deal of time held up at UK customs and the DPD delivery depot. Packaging was badly damage and taped back together. Thankfully the contents were fine. Package was just left on the doorstep, in the rain though - DPD delivery not to be recommended! Also absent the free leather moustache gift opted for - although this may have fallen out of the many holes in the box during transit. Leather quality is not as thick as previous backpack / pannier purchased and some strap colour dye mismatch. Zip and poppers don’t look too robust and I can see me replacing them at some point. Generally pleased with it though and I’m sure it will age well.
Excellent product. Would have liked a rod, similar to rucksacks, to add some rigidness to the bottom, but I love the bag nevertheless.
The bag itself is very good and high quality, but the straps used to attach it are poor. The straps are too thin and slip through the buckle, so they won’t stay tight. I will have to get better ones made by a cobbler. I reported this issue via WhatsApp, but I never received any response.
Early days, but I'm loving it so far. Everything you need to get it on the bike and working beautifully is in the box. Just brilliant.

Lovely bag, a great size and looks awesome in the cherry but the straps were useless as they were manufactured wrong and I’m still waiting on someone to come back to me. Pity the service is going downhill as the products are really great, I have lots of their bags, Boots, grips etc and the service used to be so much better. Must be getting too big now.
Overall good leather quality and beautifully fabricated. The brown bag is actually beautiful. Be careful with the black leather version as that option is very creasy and somehow not of same soft quality. Not loving the strap mechanism; you can't fasten them and additional expander bands are absolutely necessary. I think the bottom should be stiffer, as the bag hangs off the sides when just strapped onto the seat (RE classic 350). I ordered through the US - usually there's no tax when shipments final destination is outside the US. I paid an additional 65-70% tax on top of the price. Communication with customer support was slow and got rude responses. I am happy with my product, also got the tank bag. But I am not buying from tripmachine again.

Great product but the verdict is still out on the zipper configuration. Not sure why it’s like that? The zipper is a two way zipper but you can only get into one side at a time. Not a big issue but it is different for sure.
Extremely happy with my outlaw duffel bag. It arrived within the delivery period quoted. The quality seems excellent and if I treat it reasonably it looks as if it will last me many years.
