What is this issue, nothing on the lenghts works
It suggests on your website that this tankstrap should fit my Triumph Bonneville Bobber (2017) but it is too big. It is probably designed for the new, larger tanks (12L) and not the old 9L tanks but that was not clear when I bought it.
Absolutely lovely tank strap, perfect finishing touch to my custom build
Took 3 weeks and several communications to be shipped rather than 48hrs however that aside arrived shortly after and was really impressed with the quality. Not a great fit, the strap is to long on my 2017 T120 which makes it sit crooked and off the tank but I managed to force it into a gap which gets it about right...though this may lead to damage to the stap over time I suspect. Still for the cost and the quality I can look past the shortcomings and really do love it...a great addition to my ride, just need to refine that fit.
Shipped quick, no hassles! Easy to place and looks sharp! It hits all the senses. Has that rich leather texture and smell. Fits perfect and is as functional as it is quality. It seems good, however it is not the best solution for a boober. The way is fixed bellow, near the seat, is not the best solution. Also the way it locked by the fuel tap push the strap to the right and dont looks so good.

The strap fits reasonably well but the seat loop has nowhere to go on my 2018 Triumph T120. Also it sits a little off-centre. Workmanship is excellent. However the Shipping to Canada was a nightmare. DHL first sent me a Charge for GBP 489.37 (INR 55,532) and since I had just paid the true Duty of INR 3,546 they had my Credit Card details. I was touring out of the country at the time and had no choice but to immediately freeze my Credit Card to stop any potential fraud. This was lengthy and difficult, and left me on vacation with no Credit Card access. All I got from DHL were automated demands for payment even after I had already paid the Duty. Then the Canadian Customs decided to stop my shipment and demanded formal Entry, for which I had to give power of attorney to DHL with more form-filling nonsense. I am sure the Customs stopped the item because it was described as "Tobacco Brown". Eventually I received the package a couple of weeks later. Please, at least to Canada, don't use DHL. Just post. I know their shipping performance is not your fault but they made this shipment a complete headache and as far as I could see you do not offer any other shipping alternative, so that they are an effective disincentive for me to place orders.
